John Easterling

John Easterling has a long history of work experience. John has held seven different positions since 2004. In 2004, they worked as a Thermal Vacuum Chamber Test Tech at Starsys Research. From 2006 to 2008, they worked as a Quality Engineer/Technician at Black Diamond Equipment. From 2008 to 2015, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Heliocentric, where they were responsible for building science, modeling and simulation, energy analysis, design consulting, passive solar, trouble shooting/diagnostics, HVAC design, and solar design. In 2015, they returned to PassiveLogic as a Founding Engineer. In 2018, they moved to ETC Group, LLC as a Project Engineer. In 2019, they worked as a System Architect at GrowFit Analytics. Most recently, they returned to PassiveLogic in 2020 as a Director of Test & Validation and Senior Mechanical Engineer & Product Manager.

John Easterling received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder between 2001 and 2006.
