Simona Adlere

Simona Adlere has worked for various companies since 2016. Simona began their career as a Hostess at P.F. Chang's China Bistro Inc. and also worked as a Barista at Mr. Tea Cafe. In 2016, they completed an internship at the Embassy of the Republic of Latvia to the Kingdom of the Netherlands, where they monitored central e-mail of the Embassy and organised events, as well as attended meetings at the International Criminal Court and Ministries of the Netherlands. In 2017, they worked as a Cargo Forwarding Agent at ERNACO, where they prepared sea cargo and customs documentation for timber export. In 2018, Simona completed an internship at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., where they contributed to creating a new department called “University relations desk” and conducted a market research for business proposal. Simona also began working at PASSNFLY as a Product/Project Manager and Project Coordinator and Operations Manager, where they were responsible for bringing to the marker a new end-user web-app and ensuring continuous increase of success rate of delivered check-in service to customers.

Simona Adlere has a diverse educational background. Simona obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law and Diplomacy from the Riga Graduate School of Law in 2016, and a Bachelor's degree in International Law and Legal Studies from the University of Ljubljana in 2015. Simona also completed a program in International Business at Hogeschool TIO UTRECHT in 2018. Lastly, they earned a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Biznesa augstskola Turība in 2019.
