Ben Doran

Ben Doran is the Co-Founder at Passthrough. Prior to their current position, they were an Account Executive at Carta, where they sold investor products and services to VC firms on the East Coast. In 2019, they were #2 revenue producing AE in all of Carta and was awarded for most new logos sold in Investor Services. Ben was also a part of the Leadership Council (top 30% of AE's by team). Before Carta, Doran worked as an Associate at Interstate Equities Corporation from April 2011 to January 2016. There, they were responsible for investment committee memos (underwriting, narrative, valuation, budgeting) and prepared sensitivity analysis focusing on changes in sale cap rates, vacancy rates, expenses growth and revenue growth.

Ben Doran has a B.A. in Business Administration and Management, General from UC Santa Barbara. Ben is certified by the State of California as a Certified Public Accountant and by Refm as a REFM Excel For Real Estate Certification Levels 1-3 (all levels completed).
