Billy Waters

Billy Waters has over a decade of management experience in operations and warehousing. Since February 2013, Billy has served as Operations Manager at Pennsylvania Steel Co, overseeing daily operations, logistics, warehousing, supply chain management, staffing, and human resources. Prior to this role, Billy was the Warehouse Manager at Watkins & Shepard Trucking Inc. from 2003 to 2012, where expertise in warehouse logistics was developed.
