Taylor Lawrence

Taylor Lawrence has a diverse background in blockchain and web development. They started their career at Absolute Web as a Full Stack Developer, where they focused on improving page speed and developing web applications using React, Vue, Django, and Express.js. They then moved on to Kira Network as a Cosmos Blockchain Engineer, working on the development of application-specific blockchains using Golang, Cosmos SDK, and Tendermint. Taylor also worked at Yes Man Enterprises, Inc as a Blockchain Developer, where they developed and deployed ERC20 Cryptocurrency, smart contracts, and web applications using Solidity, Hardhat, and React. They further expanded their blockchain skills at Bitdeal, integrating smart contracts into frontend applications using React and Web3.js, and designing and developing smart contracts using Cosmwasm and Rust. Most recently, Taylor joined Pastel Network as a Blockchain/Web3 Engineer, where they architect and design NFT bridges between Ethereum, Solana, and Pastel Network using protocols like Wormhole and Cosmos IBC. They also built NFT smart contracts and frontends using React, Node.js, Solidity, and integrated payments with Stripe.

Taylor Lawrence completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Toronto from 2011 to 2015.
