The idea for Pastry Academy occurred spontaneously from the love for confectionery, the experience we gained and the inspiration to make tasty and healthy food. Enthusiasts and generators of innovative concepts is the most accurate definition for us, and with the invaluable help of enthusiastic and creative friends and companions, Pastry Academy is already a fact.

We will distribute culinary art, we will build food culture. We will show you how interesting and creative cooking is and how it helps us to be healthier and happier.

We will present the magnificence of different types of cuisine - both the Bulgarian traditions and the culture of other nations. We will teach you how by using interesting products, tastes and techniques you can become a virtuoso in the kitchen!

The goal of Pastry Academy is to reach as many people as possible who appreciate good food, and present good practices in the culinary arts and make you have fun while you are studying.

Thanks to the company Robusta’s unreserved support, we have modern equipment that enables us to unleash our imagination and creativity!
