It’s time to eat with purpose. Pasture Project is a collaboration between the chef, the curator of the finest meats, and the land.

We knew there was a way to get better taste and nutrition out of our food, so we worked closely with our ranchers and farmers until it was clear, we needed a new breed of chicken. Pasture Project only uses Heirloom chicken, it’s slow growing and marinated with all natural ingredients.

Our chickens aren’t just delicious, they live in harmony with Mother Earth.

Raised the right way on open pasture and in fresh air, the quality of our chickens' environment is directly related to the depth of their taste. And guess what? Happy homes make for happy chickens.
