Ellen Needham is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology strategy and customer insights. Currently serving as Senior Director of Technology Strategy & Enablement at Patagonia since December 2015, Ellen has held various roles within the company, including Director of Insights & Analytics and Director of Customer Insights & Innovation.
