Mac Capizzi is an emerging professional in architecture, currently serving as an intern at Soderstrom Architects since January 2025. Previously, Mac has held various leadership roles at Patagonia since March 2019, including Visual Team Leader, overseeing operations and staffing for a retail location, and contributions as a member of the Vision Working Group focused on justice, equity, and antiracism initiatives. Additionally, Mac co-led the Patagonia LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group, promoting inclusivity and gender/sexuality training.
