Revolutionary Chips is a crunchy intuition of Chef Michele Gilebbi, owner of "El Deseo" of Granada and of Nana Piccolo Bistrò with whom he brought to Senigallia the flavors of the Iberian Peninsula with French influences. From the Bistrot - which owes its name to the poetry of Federico García Lorca, "Nana de Sevilla" (meaning Lullaby of Seville) - and from a relationship of friendship and professional esteem, the idea of an "Andalusian Queen of Chips" is born so, together with Francesco Mazzaferri and Vissia Cucchi, they decided to launch this innovation on the market, a potato with a Spanish soul conceived in Italian style.
