Ben Newton

Ben Newton's work experience starts in 2004 as a Deputy General Manager at Spirit Group. Ben then worked as a General Manager at Mint Group, Inventive Leisure, and Geronimo Inns from 2008 to 2014. After that, they joined Noble Inns as a Senior General Manager and provided support for new openings and operations. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as an Operations Manager at Cirrus Inns, where they managed two busy locations and supported new site openings. Ben then joined Urban Pubs and Bars as an Operations/New Openings Manager, managing new openings and site refurbishments. In 2018, they became the Head of Operations/Project Manager at The Gentlemen Baristas, where they implemented growth strategies and procedural changes. Ben also introduced HR and development systems. Ben Newton became a Governor at Smallwood Primary School from 2015 to 2019. Ben'smost recent role is as the Head of Operations at Patch, a commuting co-working club, starting in 2022.

Ben Newton obtained a Higher Diploma (Distinction) in Music Production from the Academy of Contemporary Music in 2004-2005. Following that, they pursued a BA Honours Degree (First Class) in Business from the same institution in 2005-2007.
