Freddie Fforde has a diverse work experience starting in 2011 with a brief participation at McKinsey & Company as a Discover Participant. From 2013 to 2015, Freddie worked at Bain & Company as an Associate Consultant, focusing on data analysis, problem-solving, and work stream management. Following this, Freddie joined Movebubble as Head of Operations from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, Freddie took a founder sabbatical with Entrepreneur First as part of their EF9 cohort. From 2018 to 2021, Freddie worked at Catan Consulting as a Strategy and Operations Consultant, working with various clients including Snug Sofa, Bulb, Shop Direct Group, Very.co.uk, Entrepreneur First, and Safestyle UK. In 2019, Freddie joined OYO UK as Chief of Staff/Operations & Growth, where they were the first leadership hire and played a crucial role in building and leading teams to establish the UK's largest hotel chain from scratch. Currently, Freddie is the Founder of Patch, a commuter co-working club aiming to create opportunities for people, work, and communities on every UK high street.

Freddie Fforde attended the University of St Andrews from 2008 to 2012, where they pursued a degree in Modern History. Their special subject was British Iranian relations, and their dissertation focused on Scottish Universities in the 19th Century.
