Jenny Roy

Jenny Roy has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Jenny began their career as an intern at Sun Microsystems in 1999, where they worked in the Advertising team and managed ad creatives, production campaign deliverables, international adaptions of ads, and sponsorship budgets of events. Jenny then moved on to OuterBay Technologies in 2002, where they worked as a Sr. Marketing Programs Manager and drove demand generation programs and strategies to drive pipeline growth. In 2004, they joined Vontu as the Senior Manager of Demand Generation and founded and led the Demand Generation function. Jenny then worked at Symantec as a Senior Manager of Product Marketing in 2007. In 2010, they joined Lookout as the Head of Consumer Marketing and was responsible for all Consumer marketing functions, including product marketing, customer acquisition, customer lifecycle/retention marketing, and partner marketing. In 2016, they became the Vice President of Marketing at Gladly, where they built and founded the Marketing team as the first Marketing hire. Jenny then joined Rise Up Against Racism in 2020 as a Co-Founder and is currently a Advisory Board Member at Execs In The Know. Most recently, they joined Patch in 2022 as the VP Marketing and is leading all global Marketing for the company.

Jenny Roy attended UC Santa Barbara from 1998 to 2002, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts in Communications. Jenny also has a certification in Product Marketing from Pragmatic Marketing.
