Maxime V.

Maxime V. has a long history of working in software development. In 2016, they began as a web development intern at BiogeniQ, where they developed front-end and back-end technologies such as Jade/Pug, Sass/SCSS, c3.js and d3.js. In 2017, they returned to BiogeniQ as a web development intern, developing front-end technologies such as CSS/SCSS, Jade/Pug, d3.js and c3.js, and doing some graphic design. That same year, they also began working at Shopify as a developer intern, where they worked on front-end technologies such as Node.js, React, Redux, and Express. In 2018, they returned to Shopify as a developer intern and worked on the GraphQL API and improved storefront accessibility. In 2019, they were promoted to Senior Developer and then Development Manager, where they led 15 software developers across two engineering teams, improving Shopify's merchants storefront performance and availability. Maxime also contributed to dozens of incident response scenarios and reviewed a dozen of tech designs across the company. In 2022, Maxime V. began working at Patch as a Software Developer.

Maxime V. attended Université de Sherbrooke from 2015 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Management.
