Jason Fritton

Jason Fritton is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in real estate and technology. As the CEO and Executive Chairman of Patch of Land since January 2012, Jason has been instrumental in transforming real estate financing through a technology-driven platform that connects borrowers and lenders, promoting transparency and efficiency. Jason co-founded Patch of Land following the implementation of Title II of the JOBS Act in 2013, focusing on accessible financing solutions. Prior to Patch of Land, Jason held leadership roles at Tech@Cost and Starting Line Networks, where Jason significantly grew the latter into a $35 million annual revenue company. Jason Fritton graduated from Cornell College in 2001.
