Neil Wolfson

Neil Wolfson is an accomplished executive and independent director with over 25 years of experience in investment management, private venture investments, and financial technology. They currently serve as an active board member for multiple companies, including Finitive and OnDeck, where they also chair the Audit Committee and participate in the Risk Committee. As an adjunct professor at Rutgers Graduate Business School, they instruct on portfolio theory, drawing from their extensive experience as President of SF Capital Group and previous leadership roles at organizations such as Wilmington Trust and KPMG. Neil holds an MBA and a BS from NYU Stern School of Business.
