We recognise that the death of a pet is like losing a beloved family member and aim to make the final decision for pet owners as stress-free and peaceful as possible. We treat each animal as if they were our own, providing peace of mind that a beloved pet will be cared for, just as they were cared for throughout their life.
Our caring team will pick up a pet from either the vet or home, and provide each pet with a unique Pet Tracker ID tag. This stays with them throughout their journey with us, guaranteeing the pet that has come into our care is the pet that is returned home. It also allows vet clinics to see what stage a clients pet is at or for a pet owner to call us directly to receive updates about their beloved pet.
