Abdul Gafoor

Abdul Gafoor is a Food Technologist and Gold Medalist in Food Science and Technology from Mahatma Gandhi University. Currently serving as the Head of Quality, Food Safety, and HSE at Patchi since 2015, they oversee quality assurance and compliance with food safety regulations. Abdul’s expertise includes conducting audits, training staff, and managing food safety management systems in line with international standards. They also held previous roles as a Senior QHSE Officer at Abu Dhabi National Hotels and Assistant QA Manager at Nutty Nuts, where they focused on implementing safety protocols and enhancing food quality processes.
