Ellis Kinzer

Ellis Kinzer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in military operations and consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Subject Matter Expert and Hiring Our Heroes Corporate Fellow at PatchPlus Consulting, Inc. since January 2022, Ellis has previously held prominent positions, including Chief of Combat Operations for Pacific Air Forces from June 2019 to January 2022, where oversight of diverse command and control teams was key. Prior roles include Chief of Advanced Programs & Wargaming Technology at Air University, and leadership positions within the United States Air Force, focusing on specialized technical operations and inspections. Ellis holds a Master of Arts in Military Arts and Sciences from the USAF Air Command and Staff College and multiple certificates in Construction Management and Estimating.
