Mark Cooter has a diverse work experience in various roles related to intelligence, command, and control. Mark began their career as a Commander at the 547th Intelligence Squadron, where they played a key role in intelligence operations and facilitated the expansion of Predator capabilities. Mark later served as a Deputy Commander and Deputy Director of Intelligence at the United States Central Command Air Forces, overseeing intelligence support for combat operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. Moving on, Cooter became the Chief of the ISR Division at the United States Central Command and led efforts to improve integration with other commands and intelligence agencies. Mark further advanced their career as the Commander of the 497th ISR Group, responsible for overseeing a large team across various locations and managing critical infrastructure projects. Cooter later held roles at Headquarters Air Combat Command and the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff for Strategic Plans and Programs, where they provided oversight and advocacy for ISR and command and control programs. Most recently, Cooter authored a book titled "Never Mind, We'll Do It Ourselves," offering insights into the Predator drone program's development and its impact on global air power. Overall, Cooter's work experience showcases their expertise in intelligence, command, and control, as well as their ability to lead and manage large-scale operations.
Mark Cooter has a diverse education history. Mark pursued their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mathematics with a minor in Management from East Tennessee State University, Johnson City, TN, from 1981 to 1985. Later, from 1993 to 1995, Mark earned their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Computer Resources and Information Management from Webster University, located in St. Louis, MO. More recently, in 2006 to 2007, Mark attended the National Defense University in Fort Lesley J. McNair, Washington, DC, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Joint Campaign Planning and Strategy.

With combat experience ranging from Desert Storm to Operations Iraqi Freedom, Enduring Freedom, and Noble Eagle, we have a working knowledge of past and present issues as well as the important lessons learned.
