Merwin Tatel is the President of PatchPlus Consulting, Inc., leading teams in delivering technical and operational solutions for complex defense projects. With a robust background in the U.S. Air Force from 1998 to 2018, Merwin held various leadership roles, including Chief of Global Operations and Chief of Staff. In addition to their consulting work, Merwin is pursuing advanced education at the Joint Forces Staff College and USAF Air Command and Staff College, having earned a Master’s degree and a Bachelor of Science from the United States Air Force Academy. Recently, they completed a Contract Management Certificate from Villanova University and graduated from the National Veteran Institute For Procurement.
