Philip Baylis

Philip "Monk" Baylis is a Senior Intelligence Consultant at PatchPlus Consulting, Inc., where they have provided expertise in Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR), Space, and Cyber operations since 2015. They previously served in various intelligence officer roles in the United States Air Force, conducting critical analysis and supporting high-level operations, including the development of the USNORTHCOM ISR program. Philip earned a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service with a focus on East Asian Studies from Georgetown University and a Master's degree in Military Strategic Intelligence from the National Intelligence University.
