Scott Paul

Scott Paul is a Senior ISR and Targeting Consultant at PatchPlus Consulting, Inc., with over 20 years of experience in team-building, instructing, talent management, and process improvement. Previously, they served as a Legislative Liaison for the United States Air Force, coordinating engagements with Congress and managing a significant ISR budget. Scott has held various leadership roles, including Deputy Group Commander and Director of Operations, where they directed ISR operations and led substantial teams in critical missions. They have a strong educational background, holding degrees in Political Science and Government, and they are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Public Administration and further studies through the USAF Air War College.
