Patchwork
Thomas SEINCE-CATHALA is currently the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Patchwork, where he oversees all operational functions and leads several strategic divisions, including Assets & Real Estate, Hospitality, Construction & Design, and IT. He also heads Patchwork’s in-house construction subsidiary, which he structured to ensure controlled execution of all fit-out and renovation projects.
In his role, Thomas manages landlord relations, oversees all legal matters and disputes, and leads the negotiation of leases and strategic agreements. He is responsible for the overall performance of the real estate portfolio, compliance with regulatory requirements, and the long-term value creation of Patchwork’s assets.
Thomas is also a key driver of Patchwork’s network expansion. He has designed and implemented operational, financial, and organizational models that have enabled the industrialization of new site openings, ensuring consistent standards, faster execution, and secure delivery timelines and budgets.
He leads a structured organization composed of Head-of roles for each operational vertical (Real Estate & Assets, Hospitality, Construction/Design, and IT), ensuring cross-team coordination, service excellence, and aligned execution of the company’s growth strategy.
Before becoming COO, Thomas held several management positions in asset management and facility management, including Asset & Facility Management Manager at Groupe Verona and Facility Management Manager at Neoness, where he oversaw maintenance, multi-site operations, and complex real estate projects. He also has experience in general services and procurement at ADN, as well as operational management at Regus.
Thomas is a graduate of the École Hôtelière de Paris (2004–2007), a background that provides him with a strong foundation in hospitality, service excellence, and customer experience—principles that remain central to Patchwork’s operational model.
