Claire Holba

Claire Holba has extensive international and domestic experience working with communities displaced from conflict, focusing on refugee and immigration policy. They have served as a human rights consultant and have volunteered for various organizations, including Project KARE and The Dwelling Place, where they facilitated intercultural relationships and developed programs for immigrant communities. Claire co-founded and serves as the executive director of Patchwork Indy, addressing critical gaps in support for refugees while advising governmental leadership on housing rights violations. They hold degrees in Accounting and a Master of Science in Refugee and Forced Migration Studies from DePaul University, demonstrating a strong commitment to social justice and systemic reform.
