Alex Sterea

Alex Sterea is a seasoned professional in customer support and implementation, currently serving as a Senior Customer Care Executive at Patchwork Health since March 2025. In this role, Alex provides expert technical and non-technical support, leads customer training initiatives, and collaborates with product and client teams to enhance customer experience.
