Andy Jeans

Andy Jeans currently serves as the Director of Implementation at Patchwork Health, having started in May 2023. Previously, Andy held the role of Director of Customer Success at ORCHA from October 2016 to February 2023, where Andy established and led the Customer Success function, achieving retention and upselling rates exceeding 90%, as well as delivering projects for key strategic partners. Prior to ORCHA, Andy worked at Thirsty Horses Ltd in various capacities, ultimately becoming Head of Organisational Development and Consultancy. Andy's earlier career includes serving as Programme and Project Manager at CPD Liverpool and a Retail Assistant at WHSmith. Andy's educational background includes qualifications in PRINCE2, a Postgraduate Certificate in the Psychology of Organisational Development and Change, and a Bachelor's degree in Criminology with Psychology.
