Matthew Parker is an experienced technology professional with a diverse career in quality assurance and operations. Currently serving as Head of Technology Operations at Patchwork Health since December 2020, Matthew has also held various roles including Co-Founder of diversitus cic, focused on promoting neurodiverse opportunities. Previous experience includes leadership as Director & Tester at Testing Tackled Limited, and extensive roles at bet365 and Advanced, where significant contributions were made to product quality improvement and automated testing. Matthew began a career in technology as a Software Developer and Help Desk Support Assistant, transitioning through multiple testing and quality roles since 2001. With a BA Hons in Computer Science and History from the University of Chester, Matthew brings a strong educational foundation to a proven track record in enhancing operational processes and delivery efficiency.
