Benjamin Leroy

Benjamin Leroy currently serves as Responsable Organes Réglants et Moteurs at Patek Philippe since July 2021, overseeing workshops related to mechanical components such as Barillets and balancers. Prior to this role, Benjamin held the position of Ingénieur Amélioration Qualité, focusing on quality assurance and issue analysis within the same company. A brief tenure at Cadrans Fluckiger SA involved providing temporary quality support to reduce rejection rates for strategic references. Benjamin gained early experience as a Stagiaire at Cartier, where lean manufacturing principles were implemented, and at Le labo de l’horloger, which emphasized hands-on horological skills. Additionally, Benjamin completed a stage in industrial maintenance at SOFIDEL FRANCE. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor in Microtechniques from Haute Ecole Arc and ongoing studies in Lean Management at Agile Academy, complemented by a DUT in Mechanical Engineering from Universite de Lorraine.
