Florent Henin

Florent Henin is currently the Responsable Qualité at Cadrans Fluckiger, a subsidiary of Patek Philippe, overseeing a team of 20 and participating in the company's management. Previously, Florent worked as a Senior Quality Project Manager at Richemont, successfully managing external audits for certifications and optimizing customer return processes. Florent also gained experience at Rolex as a Six Sigma Project Manager and Quality Improvement Specialist. Earlier in their career, Florent served as a Quality Engineer at Airbus, implementing software integrations and managing Six Sigma projects. Florent holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Université Pierre et Marie Curie.
