Laetitia E. has over two decades of experience in the watchmaking industry, currently serving as a Technical Coordinator at Patek Philippe since September 2002, where responsibilities include coordinating activities to improve service processes and ensuring operational efficiency. Previously, Laetitia worked as a multi-brand watchmaker at DAURY, providing after-sales service and restoring timepieces from various brands. Laetitia holds a C.A.P in Horloger praticien from Lycée Pasteur Nice, obtained between 1996 and 1998, and attended Lycée Technique Rouviere from 1993 to 1996.
