Raphael B. has extensive experience in quality management within the luxury watch industry, currently serving as Responsable mise en boite and Responsable qualité at Patek Philippe since January 2002. In this role, Raphael oversees quality production for the Components Movements division, implementing and managing quality structures for both internal processes and supplier quality assurance. Prior to Patek Philippe, Raphael worked at ROLEX SA. from December 1989 to December 2001 as Responsable Analyse Qualité, where responsibilities included analyzing quality information from various controls and customer feedback, as well as developing supplier performance assessments. Educational credentials include a licence in Gestion de la production industrielle with a focus on Product and Process Quality from Université Savoie Mont Blanc, a DESTU in management and quality control from Université de Toulon, and a DUT in mechanical engineering and production from Université Savoie Mont Blanc.
