At Patel & O'Connor Consulting we help Australian businesses source cost-effective materials and products from India through structured, reliable supply partnerships.

Our focus is on building efficient cross-border trade flows that reduce cost, improve margins, and ensure consistent supply.

We work across: ✔ Packaging materials (including PET) ✔ Industrial raw materials ✔ Custom sourcing based on buyer requirements

We manage the full process: • Supplier sourcing and verification • Pricing and landed cost modelling • Direct shipping (no unnecessary warehousing) • Documentation, logistics, and execution

With a background in finance and regulated industries, we bring a strong focus on commercial viability, compliance, and risk management — ensuring that deals are properly structured from day one.

Currently building partnerships with Australian importers, manufacturers, and procurement teams looking to optimise sourcing and reduce input costs.
