The idea of PatentMaker was conceived by Dr. Matthias Hofmann, then an associate and now an equity partner at the renowned patent law firm Boehmert & Boehmert. He sought a technical solution to improve his and the firm's workflows, particularly in terms of efficiency in handling routine tasks. The ultimate goal was to develop a solution that would simplify, accelerate, and automate typical patent attorney work, thereby saving time and reducing costs.

Today, our AI-based tool, PatentMaker, is widely used by patent professionals in Germany and Europe. It is utilized firm-wide in some of the most renowned patent law firms as well as in the IP departments of enterprises.
