Heather Ciociola has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Heather most recently worked at PATH (People Acting to Help), Inc. as the Performance Improvement and Communications Director. Prior to that, they held roles such as Quality Improvement and Training Director at PATH and Director of Quality Improvement at the New Jersey Department of Human Services. Overall, Heather has a strong background in performance improvement, quality improvement, and marketing.
Heather Ciociola graduated from Vassar College in 1991 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. Heather later obtained a Master of Social Work degree with a specialization in Management & Policy from Rutgers University, completing their studies in 2015. Heather also holds a certification as a Licensed Social Worker from the NJ State Board of Social Work Examiners, which they obtained in August 2017. Additionally, they have a certification in Human Services Management from The Network for Social Work Management, but the specific month and year of its completion is not provided.

PATH (People Acting To Help), Inc. is a comprehensive Community Behavioral Health and Intellectual Disability Center in the heart of Northeast Philadelphia, offering a wide array of services to meet the specific needs of our community. Founded in 1973 by a group of dedicated community members who set out to provide critical services at a time when they were otherwise scarce or nonexistent, PATH now has over 600 dedicated staff providing services to 4,200 children, adolescents, and adults each year through a comprehensive array of evidence-based clinical programs. Our locations include our new headquarters at 1919 Cottman Avenue, 8 satellite locations, and over 50 homes throughout Northeast Philadelphia. PATH regularly achieves the highest levels of accreditation, including a 5-Star Provider Rating by CBH, Philadelphia’s Managed Care Entity, and recognition and awards related to our high-quality, innovative programs and staff accomplishments and contributions.
