Marie Kearns

Marie Kearns possesses extensive expertise in behavioral health services, demonstrated through the role of Behavioral Health Executive at PATH (People Acting to Help) Inc., overseeing a budget exceeding $28 million since January 2019. Kearns has contributed to academia as an adjunct faculty member at several institutions, including Temple University and Gwynedd Mercy University, teaching courses in social welfare policies, clinical evaluation, and research methods. Prior experience includes significant leadership roles such as Regional Director at Horizon House, Inc., where operations exceeded $15 million, and at Fellowship Health Resources, where Kearns directed a $3 million outpatient mental health program.
