Andre Adao, M.Ed., is a seasoned leader in Learning and Development and People Operations, currently serving as a Learning & Development and Customer Success Consultant at Bobbety®. With a background that includes roles such as Interim Director of Operations & Instruction at Democracy Prep Public Schools, Andre has successfully led large-scale initiatives, optimized educational content, and prioritized staff development. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley, and have previous experience as a Fellow with NYC Teaching Fellows and a Teacher with the NYC Department of Education.
