Jeromy Cotten

Jeromy Cotten is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as the Vice President of Engineering at Path Company since July 2024. Previously, Jeromy worked at Trane from August 2018 to March 2025 as a Senior Project Developer, where responsibilities included executing the Project Acquisition process for Design-Build Turnkey construction projects and auditing mechanical systems for improvements. Prior to that, Jeromy held the position of Senior Program Manager at the Tennessee Valley Authority from July 2002 to August 2018, managing a $35 million annual program and overseeing a team of field engineers and program staff. Jeromy's early career included roles as a Project Engineer at Michelin, responsible for major capital projects, and as a Sales Engineer at Southeastern Mechanical Contractors, focusing on HVAC systems. Jeromy holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University and a Master of Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University.
