Kathy Alm

Kathy Alm has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Kathy began their career as the Director of Marketing and Finance at Village Theatre in 1985 and held this position until 1989. Following this, they joined the Seattle Children's Theatre as an Associate Managing Director in 1989 and remained in this role until 1999. During their time there, Kathy Alm took on additional responsibilities, including the role of Executive Director at the Little Bit Therapeutic Riding Center in 1999. Kathy held this position for an impressive 15 years until 2014. Later that year, Kathy Alm became the CEO of PATH Intl., a position they currently hold. Throughout their career, Kathy Alm has demonstrated leadership and expertise in various organizations, contributing to the growth and success of each.

Kathy Alm completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Pacific Lutheran University, attending from 1981 to 1985. In addition, they have obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021.
