Amanda Zehnder is a seasoned professional in organization development and change management with extensive experience in the non-profit sector, currently serving as a Senior Organization Development and Change Management Advisor at PATH since January 2009. Amanda has held various leadership roles at PATH, including Global Director of Learning, Talent, OD and HR Systems, where Amanda led initiatives to enhance organizational capacity and employee development. Previous experience includes significant roles at WaMu, where Amanda designed and implemented comprehensive training and organizational processes, and earlier positions focused on training and communications at PhotoWorks and Northern Life.
