Amresh Kumar

Amresh Kumar is a highly experienced professional in clinical research and operations, currently serving as the Deputy Director for NTD & Malaria at PATH since November 2019. In this role, Amresh leads South Asia's portfolio on neglected tropical diseases and vector-borne illnesses, including malaria and dengue, while overseeing high-impact clinical research programs in compliance with ICH-GCP standards. Prior to this, Amresh held significant positions such as Team Leader and Project Manager at PATH, and Senior Manager at One World Health, where responsibilities included managing clinical trials, ensuring regulatory compliance, and interacting with investigator sites. Amresh also has experience as Head of Clinical Operations at Max Neeman International and as a Study Physician at the Society for Applied Studies, contributing to vaccine development. Amresh Kumar holds an M.D. in General Medicine from Zaporizhzhya State Medical University.
