Arran Hamlet is an infectious disease epidemiologist and mathematical modeler with extensive experience in data-driven public health response. Currently serving as the Infectious Disease Surveillance Lead at PATH and a Course Instructor at Applied Epi, Arran focuses on epidemic preparedness and response, as well as designing curricula for epidemiology courses globally. Arran's past roles include positions with the CDC, WHO, and Imperial College London, where they led significant projects addressing malaria, COVID-19, and yellow fever. With a PhD in Infectious Disease Modelling, Arran is dedicated to advancing global health security through innovative research and collaborative efforts.
