Cecilia Gitahi

Cecilia Gitahi is a seasoned professional in learning and organizational development, currently serving as the Global Director of Learning and Organizational Development at PATH since November 2023. With prior experience as the Global Head of Learning and Development at World Vision and Regional Head of Learning & Organizational Development at Wasoko, Cecilia has a strong background in designing high-impact learning programs and driving employee engagement. Throughout a career spanning over two decades, Cecilia held integral roles, including Director of Learning and Organizational Development at Sandler Training, where expertise in sales training and performance coaching was developed. Cecilia began career roots at Kenya Airways as the Training & Organizational Development Manager, focusing on staff development and business performance improvements, and has held various managerial positions at Unga Group Ltd. Education includes a BSc in Business Administration from United States International University - Africa, along with several specialized training certifications in instructional design and sales training.
