Charles Ngoe

Charles Ngoe is a global safety and security professional with over a decade of experience in international development and humanitarian contexts. They currently serve as a Global Security Advisor at PATH, leading strategic initiatives in security management and emergency response. Their previous roles include Safety & Security Lead at One Acre Fund and Field Security Advisor at WS Insight, where they provided critical safety protocols and crisis management support.
