Clara Orndorff

Clara Orndorff is a Design Engineer at PATH, where responsibilities include designing HIV drug delivery prototypes, managing water sanitation improvements, and contributing to user research for diagnostic devices. Previously, Clara worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Equalize Health, focusing on medical device prototyping and regulatory documentation. Additionally, experience includes a role as a Mechanical Engineering Research Assistant at the University of Washington, where Clara studied animal flight systems, and as a Mechanical Engineer at the UW Applied Physics Laboratory, developing ocean sensor platforms for climate data calibration. Clara holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington.
