Dr. Ruby Gloria Barla is a seasoned public health professional with extensive experience in coordinating and implementing health initiatives. Currently serving as a Public Health Coordinator at PATH since January 2023, Dr. Barla provides technical assistance to government counterparts for enhancing urban primary healthcare. Prior experience includes a role as Project Officer at Swaniti Initiative, where Dr. Barla analyzed health service delivery mechanisms and collaborated with district administration to address public health system gaps. Additionally, as a District Technical Officer at Care India, Dr. Barla focused on Reproductive and Child Health initiatives, ensuring quality maternal and newborn care within the National Health Mission framework.
