Elan Ebeling

Program Officer

Elan Ebeling is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and research in the fields of public health and development. As a Program Officer at PATH since October 2019, Ebeling serves as the Central Monitoring Evaluation and Learning Advisor for various international teams on the USAID-funded MOMENTUM project, overseeing data collection and evaluation efforts across multiple countries. Prior to this role, Ebeling worked as a Research Associate supporting a Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation project, focusing on maternal and child health data visualization and database management. Previous positions include Graduate Research Assistant at the Evans School Policy Analysis and Research Group, Development and Outreach Manager at the Center for Environmental Law and Policy, and various roles in communications and outreach. Ebeling holds a Master of Public Administration from the Evans School of Public Policy & Governance and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Oregon.
