Fata Acquoi

Senior Congressional Lead

Fata Acquoi, M.A., currently serves as Senior Congressional Lead at PATH, where advocacy strategies are executed to garner support for health solutions from policymakers and the community. Previous experience includes serving as a Committee Member for African Diaspora for Biden, where Fata planned events and coordinated outreach in key battleground states. Work as a Research Consultant for the African Union Mission focused on increasing U.S. investment in Africa, while the role of Diaspora Millennial Liaison at the Embassy of Ghana involved fostering engagement for Ghana’s Year of Return initiative. Fata also has experience as a Lobbyist for the Union of Liberian Associations and held various leadership roles at African Immigrant Services that centered on community empowerment and policy advocacy. Educational achievements include a Master of Arts in International Relations from the Elliott School of International Affairs and dual Bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Government, and Sociology of Law from the University of Minnesota.
