Hang Hoang is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience spanning over 18 years. Currently serving as a Senior Regional HRBP at PATH since May 2018, Hang leads the daily operations and strategic HR workplan for the Southeast Asia region and other offices. Previously, at Sumitomo Corporation Viet Nam, Hang held the position of HR Leader, overseeing compensation and benefits, payroll accuracy for expatriates and local staff, and employee welfare programs. Prior to that, Hang worked as an HRBP at Hongkong Shanghai Banking Corporation, focusing on policy development and HR operations, and as an HR Senior Executive at Canon Vietnam, managing payroll calculations. Hang holds a Bachelor's degree from Ha Noi National University, obtained between 2000 and 2004.
