Hannah Koenker

Hannah Koenker is a seasoned public health professional with extensive experience in malaria and health communication. Currently serving as Project Director at PATH since December 2023, Hannah previously held the position of Technical Director at Tropical Health from October 2019 to December 2023. Prior roles include nearly 14 years at the Johns Hopkins University Center for Communication Programs, where Hannah progressed from Program Officer to Senior Program Officer II, focusing on malaria initiatives. Additionally, experience includes consulting for Population Services International, managing mHealth initiatives, and serving as a Health and HIV Volunteer with the Peace Corps in Gabon. Hannah holds a PhD in Epidemiology from the University of Basel and a Masters in Public Health from The Johns Hopkins University, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Francophone Studies from Carleton College.
